Tales from Around the World — Folk tales help us learn about the world around us and, at the same time, about ourselves. Join us for these three sessions and meet a mysterious old man who makes a magical paper crane (The Paper Crane by Molly Bang), a wise woman who rescues her silly helper (Strega Nona by Tomie dePaola), and a bossy rooster who finds someone to do his bidding (The Bossy Gallito by Lucia M. Gonzalez). Some stories will seem familiar, some will not — but all are fun to read and discuss!
