Website Redesign
Objective:
The Northeastern CT Chamber of Commerce is seeking proposals from website designers for a full redesign of our website. Our goal is to create a modern, professional, and easy to navigate site that reflects the Chamber’s mission, improves user experience, and supports member engagement.
We are also open to proposals that include a refreshed logo or redesign as an add-on to the website project.
Background:
The mission of the Northeastern CT Chamber of Commerce is to support the growth, promotion, and sustainability of member businesses in our 23-town region. We do this through networking, education, and advocacy. This promotes economic vitality and commerce in our community.
Scope of Services
The selected vendor will be responsible for:
• Designing and building a modern, professional, and user-friendly website for the Northeastern CT Chamber of Commerce
• Integrating key Chamber features including database connection and social media.
• Providing training to Chamber staff on how to update and manage the website
• Offering ongoing technical support as needed to ensure the website remains functional, secure, and up to date
Requirements
Proposals should include:
• A brief company overview (must be an active Chamber member or willing to join)
• The platform you will build the website on (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
• 2-3 examples of previous work
• Your approach to working with clients on contracted projects
• Integration with our existing database system and social media accounts (please specify your experience with CRM & Social media integration)
• Project timeline from start to finish
• Total cost estimate (including any ongoing or optional support)
• Optional pricing and concept for a logo redesign (if offered)
Timeline
• RFP Issued: June 29, 2025
• Proposals Due: September 1, 2025
• Review & Selection: September 2025
• Anticipated Project Start: October 2025
• Desired Launch: Early 2026
